Meet Nkwanga Wilson aged 5 years suffering with a birth disorder which comes as a result of Hirschsprung disease and stomal reversal this is what he was diagnosed when he was taken at Mulago Hospital 🏥 (Ugandas main hospital) please he needs to get a surgery soon.
With Gods grace and mercy please let’s pray and help him get medication soon because he is living in a lot of pain , he need to be saved please 🙏 Thanks

Nkwanga Wilson, 5 Jahre alt, der an einer angeborenen Störung leidet, die auf die Hirschsprung-Krankheit und die Umkehrung des Stomas zurückzuführen ist. Dies wurde diagnostiziert, als er ins Mulago Hospital 🏥 (das Hauptkrankenhaus Ugandas) gebracht wurde. Bitte, er braucht bald eine Operation.

Our Motivation
Uganda is the poorest country in the world. At the moment, climate change and inflation are also causing us problems. We have made it our mission to help children whose parents are no longer able to take care of the children. We are not an organization, we don't have money, but we have our hearts in the right place. We have committed people in Uganda and supporters in Europe.
Unsere Motivation
Uganda ist das ärmste Land dieser Erde. Aktuell macht uns auch der Klimawandel und die Inflation zu schaffen. Wir haben uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, Kindern, deren Eltern nicht mehr in der Lage sind sich um die Kinder zu kümmern, zu helfen. Wir sind keine Organisation, wir haben kein Geld, wir haben aber das Herz an der richtigen Stelle. Wir haben engagierte Menschen in Uganda und Unterstützende in Europa.
